When entering the system after your first login, you will be presented with the Search Permit Records / Issue Permits page.  Each page contains a menu on the top right that can be used to access any page in the application at any time.

Step One Access a PDF explaining who is eligible to apply and hold a handicap parking permit. This can be printed out to provide to patients. Access the Review for Submission page to review permits saved before submitting to the DMV for issuance and view permits issued since logged in. Return to the search page to search for patient permits. Access the Medical Professional Information page to view and edit your practice information. Log out of the Handicap Permit Request Application. Search the Records
