Phone call information: 888-820-1398; Participant code: 3213662# The purpose of this hearing is to receive comments on proposed changes to Title 172, Chapter 128 of the Nebraska Administrative Code (NAC) – Practice of Pharmacy. The proposed changes: revise the appropriate documentation that will be accepted for licensure; allow for foreign trained pharmacists to obtain a license; update reciprocity requirements; add pharmacist intern and pharmacy technician registrations to the regulations; update continuing competency requirements; update identification requirements; include the supervision of pharmacist interns; update unprofessional conduct; removes all duplicative statutory language from the regulations and removes any repetitive regulatory language found in 172 NAC 10. Authority for these regulations is found in Neb. Rev. Stat. § 81-3117(7).
