To file you will need:
A PDF version of your Nebraska Supreme Court Certificate of Authority if filing for a Limited Liability Partnership engaged in the practice of law.
Fee for Limited Liability Partnership Annual Report - $25.00 plus $25.00 if engaged in the practice of law
In addition to the fees due, a minimum $3.00 portal fee is charged.

Portal Fee
Under a partnership with Nebraska Interactive, LLC, the State of Nebraska expanded the authority of the Nebraska State Records Board, NSRB, (Neb. Rev. Stat, 84-1204) to develop, support, maintain, and enhance the State's official web portal, Nebraska.gov under a self-funded model without using tax payer revenue.
In order to sustain the portal and all of its online services, NI has established a system of Portal Fees for the portal's ongoing support and expansion.
The electronic government service you are viewing includes a non-refundable portal fee. In addition to the fees due, a minimum $3.00 portal fee is charged.
You will have the opportunity to review all applicable fees prior to finalizing your transaction. At that point, you will have the option to cancel your online transaction.
