The purpose of this hearing is to receive comments on proposed changes to Title 471, Chapters 16 & 18 of the Nebraska Administrative Code (NAC). These regulations govern the pharmacy services and physicians’ services provided under Nebraska’s Medicaid Program. Revisions are pursuant to provisions of the federal covered outpatient drug final rule (81 FR 5170). The proposed changes are required to implement a new pricing methodology for Medicaid outpatient drugs. There is no fiscal impact on state agencies, political subdivisions, or entities.
