The Juvenile Service (OJS) Committee of the Nebraska Children’s Commission has scheduled a joint meeting with the Nebraska Coalition for Juvenile Justice for 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. (Central) on Tuesday, June 13, 2017 at Southeast Community College, Rooms V-103 & 104, 8800 O Street, Lincoln, NE. The proposed agenda will be available for public inspection at the office of the Nebraska Children’s Commission and online at http://childrens.nebraska.gov/Meetings/CurrentMeetingDocs.html. The agenda will include a legislative update, a presentation on the definitions of recidivism, presentations from Community Based Aid grant recipient programs, a presentation on probation’s graduated sanction response grid, an update from the Juvenile Detention Alternatives Initiative, a discussion of the YRTC facilities, and updates from various subgroups.
