The Department of Health and Human Services is holding this hearing to accept comments on the proposed state plan for Child Care and Development for the period of October 1, 2021 to September 30, 2024.

Due to the current public health crisis, the agency will enforce any Directed Health Measure Order on the size of gatherings that is in effect at the time of the hearing.
