All court services except the Clerk Portal will be unavailable for scheduled maintenance starting 3pm CT on 12/31/2025. The Clerk Portal will remain available until 5pm CT. All services will be restored by 8am CT on 1/1/2026. Batch filings will not be processed on 12/31/2025 and any unprocessed filing will be reprocessed on 1/1/2026.

An ePayment Account is a beneficial option for those making payments on a regular basis or making more than one payment. Examples:
- Probationers paying monthly fees
- Individuals making time payments on civil judgments
- Businesses paying wage garnishments
- Individuals making alimony payments
The email address and password entered are required to log into your profile. Your profile information can be changed at any time by using this service. Once a profile is created, you can choose to receive payment reminders, and save your case payment information.
