KRATZ, J:
This matter came on for hearing on Respondent's Motion for Post-Trial Conference under Section 48-816(7)(d)(R.R.S. 1943) on October 9, 1986. The parties were represented by their counsel of record: Mark McGuire for Petitioner and John Recknor for Respondent.
Respondent contends that the Commission's Findings and Order mischaracterize certain evidence and is not based upon evidence in the record.
We do not agree and decline to find error in the Findings and Order of September 18, 1986.
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that the Findings and Order shall stand as issued by the Commission on September 18, 1986.
Entered October 14, 1986.
