CULLAN, J:
This matter came on for hearing on Petitioner's Request for Post-Trial Conference under Section 48-816(7)(d)(R.R.S. 1943) on August 15, 1986. The Parties were represented by their counsel of record: Rex Schultze for Petitioner and Mark McGuire for Respondent.
Petitioner contends that the Commission's choice of Arlington and Bennington for inclusion in the final array is not supported by the evidence presented at trial.
We do not agree and decline to find error in the Findings and Order of July 31, 1986.
It is therefore ORDERED that the Findings and Order shall stand as issued by the Commission on July 31, 1986.
