This Case was ordered consolidated with Nebraska Association of Public Employees, Game and Parks Chapter, Petitioner, v. Game and Parks Commission State of Nebraska, Respondent, Case No. 554, for the purpose of the hearing on the Commission's Orders to Show Cause entered May 1, 1984, in both cases. The evidence and authorities applicable to the Department of Roads in this Case are identical in all significant respects to that applicable to, the Game and Parks commission in Case No. 554. Accordingly, the Findings contained in the Findings and Order entered this date in NAPE v. Game and Parks Commission, Case No. 554, are incorporated herein with a substitution of Department of Roads in place of Game and Parks Commission.
Based on the foregoing, it is hereby Ordered that the Amended Petition herein be dismissed.
