BERKHEIMER, R.:

The Commission having received into evidence pursuant to the Order of March 31, 1982, from the Defendant a salary schedule showing the placement of Millard teachers after giving effect to the substitutions of BA + 36 or MA column and the MA + 36 or DR column together with the resulting staff index factor. Having been advised that no objections have been filed by the Plaintiff to the matters reflected in the Defendant's exhibit. Therefore, applying the statutory criteria of Section 48-818 to the evidence in this case, we find that effective at the beginning of the 1981-82 school contract year, the base salary amount for Millard teachers shall be $11,900.00. This represents a standard salary schedule of $11,436,942 (base salary amount rounded to $11,900.00 by application of a staff index factor of 961.16).

IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that:

1. The base salary amount for Millard Public Schools teachers shall be $11,900.00, effective at the beginning of the 1981-82 school contract year.

2. The adjustments resulting from this Order shall be made ratably over the twelve months of the school contract year. The amount due for the portion of the school contract year already elapsed shall be paid as soon as feasible following the entry of this Order.

All Judges assigned to the panel in this case join in the entry of this Order.

Entered April 14, 1982.
