GRADWOHL, J:
Petitioner filed an Application requesting an Order Nunc Pro Tunc correcting the Opinion and Order filed April 27, 1982, with reference to the annual clothing allowance for hourly personnel. Respondent filed an Opposition To Petitioner's Application. The hourly personnel referred to in these pleadings are the Fire Marshall Aide and Fire Protection Specialist.
Upon consideration of the matter, it is hereby Ordered Nunc Pro Tunc that:
1. Paragraph (2), Uniform and Clothing Allowance, on page 38 of the Opinion and Order entered April 27, 1982, be corrected by adding the following sentence;
Pursuant to the stipulation of the parties that for purposes of this case, the wage rates to be paid to Fire Marshall Aide and Fire Protection Specialist shall be based on their relationship to the Firefighter wage rate (see 3 Bill of Exceptions, pages 6-9), the annual clothing allowance for Fire Marshall Aide and Fire Protection Specialist should be increased from $150.00per year to $195.00 per year, effective August 1, 1981.
2. Paragraph B) (2) of the Order on page 39 of the Opinion and Order entered April 27, 1982, be corrected by adding the following sentence:
The annual clothing allowance for Fire Marshall Aide and Fire Protection Specialist is increased to $195.00 per year, effective August 1, 1981.
All Judges assigned to the Panel in this matter join in the entry of this Order Nunc Pro Tunc.
