This matter comes on for decision on the Petitioner's request for a representation election in the appropriate unit as determined by the court. The evidence is uncontradicted. We find that we have jurisdiction of the parties and of the subject matter of the dispute.

Based on the evidence adduced, the court finds that the appropriate unit is:

The court further finds that an election within the unit shall be held as soon as reasonably practicable.

IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED, that an election to determine the bargaining agent for the appropriate unit should be held as soon as practicable.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, that Yvonne Norton Leung is appointed as Hearing Examiner to determine initially all questions arising during the preparation and conduct of said election.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, that the Commission's representative for said election shall be Judge Benjamin M. Wall, and that the election shall be held under the immediate supervision of the Clerk of the Commission, Yvonne Norton Leung.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, that the parties shall meet on the 1st day of May, 1980, at 9:30 o'clock a.m. before the said Clerk to determine all matters concerning said election not governed by Rule 9.
