Filed June 25, 1979.

GRADWOHL, J;

I dissent from so much of the Order entered June 22, 1979, as denies a rehearing on the pension funding portion of the Order entered June 5, 1979. Attached hereto is Petitioner's Exhibit E to its Motion For Rehearing and New Trial. Some of the issues raised by Petitioner indicate that the pension funding portion of the Order entered June 5, 1979, may be actuarially unsound. In view of the extended course of litigating the case and the imminence of next year's negotiations, the Court's Order for the period 1977-1979 should properly limit itself to specifying the benefits for employees retiring during that period. The future funding arrangements should best be left for collective bargaining thereafter. Insofar as other issues concerning wages and benefits are concerned, I concur in result only in the Order entered June 22, 1979.

Petitioner's Exhibit E to its Motion For Rehearing and New Trial:

NOTE: Exhibit E deleted
