This matter comes on for determination of petitioner's motion for new trial.
ORDERED, that Appendix A. Transportation Division and Maintenance Division, First Class Mechanic, be amended to read as shown on the revised Appendix A attached hereto, and that Appendix B, Wages Found and Set be amended to read as shown on the revised Appendix B attached hereto.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that on page five of the Opinion, figures $282.58 be substituted for the figures $289.82, and that the figures $8.07 be substituted for the figures $8.25.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that petitioner's motion for rehearing and for new trial are overruled. Every pension plan has to start someplace, and the parties are free to negotiate for the future or to amend the one found proper by the commission for the period of the dispute, if they choose.
