The matter before the Court is a motion filed by Defendant on December 12, 1976, which requests the Court to either grant a Rehearing, a Rehearing in En Banc , or a New Trial, or modify its Opinion of December 10, 1976, concerning the salary schedule provided therein.

The Court having convened to consider said motion, now FINDS:

That the reference to "Exhibit 1 of Plaintiff's brief contained in the third line of the second paragraph, on page three of the Court's Final Opinion, entered on December 10, 1975, in the above-entitled action, should be corrected to read; "Exhibit 8 of Plaintiff's brief..."

That the reference to "Exhibit 1" contained in the sixth line of the second paragraph on page three of the Court's same Opinion,

be hereby corrected to read; "Exhibit 8..."

That the ninth line of the second paragraph on page three of the Court's same opinion be hereby corrected to read; "12 steps on the MA+18,..."

That the last line of the fifth and final paragraph on page three of the Court's same opinion be corrected to read; "out in Exhibit 8, a copy of which is attached to this opinion."

The Court also finds that the Defendant's further allegations of error, as set forth in its Motion for Rehearing, Hearing in En Banc , New Trial, and Correction of Order," are without merit and that a further evidentiary hearing on these matters is not required.

Therefore, it is now ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED:

That the Court's Final Opinion, entered December 10, 1975, in the above-entitled matter, be corrected as set forth in the above findings and that the same opinion remain unchanged in all other respects.
