ORR, J:

The Commission having convened finds that the Order entered in this case on March 18, 1999 and the Order for Election entered in this case on March 25, 1999 contain inadvertent errors which should be corrected.

IT IS, THEREFORE, ORDERED that portion of page 3 of the Order entered herein on March 18, 1999, which reads, "The Commission therefore ORDERS that the appropriate bargaining unit shall consist of: All City of Sidney sworn police officers excluding the chief of police and patrol supervisor," is hereby corrected to read: "The Commission therefore ORDERS that the appropriate bargaining unit shall consist of: The code enforcement officer, records clerk and all City of Sidney sworn police officers excluding the chief of police and patrol supervisor."

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that portion of the Order for Election entered herein on March, 25, 1999, which reads, "2. That the appropriate bargaining unit as determined by the Commission is: All City of Sidney sworn police officers excluding the chief of police and patrol supervisor," is hereby corrected to read: "2. That the appropriate bargaining unit as determined by the Commission is: The code enforcement officer, records clerk and all City of Sidney sworn police officers excluding the chief of police and patrol supervisor."

All judges assigned to the panel in this matter join in the entry of this Order Nunc Pro Tunc.
