NEBRASKA COMMISSION OF INDUSTRIAL RELATIONS

MCFARLAND, J:

The Commission having convened finds that the Order entered in this case on February 17, 1997 contains inadvertent errors which should be corrected. These errors are in regard to the date of the filing of the petition and the date of the hearing. The Commission ORDERS that the first two sentences of the first paragraph of page one should read as follows:

This matter came before the Commission upon the Petition filed by the Petitioner, Millard Education Association, against the Respondent, Douglas County School Dist. No. 28-0017 a/k/a Millard Public Schools, on February 14, 1997. A hearing was held on Monday, February 17, 1997, upon Petitioner's request for temporary relief under the Industrial Relations Act.
