MCFARLAND, J:

This matter comes before the Commission upon the Petitioner's filing, on November 16, 1994, of a request for a "temporary order preserving and protecting the status of the parties, property, and public interests involving pending final resolution of the issues". While petitioner's request was filed as a Motion, the Commission treats it as an application for a temporary order under §48-811. Such temporary requests require a hearing, pursuant to §48-816.02, to be held within 10 days of the request. Said hearing was held on November 23, 1994. Petitioner was represented by its counsel, Mike Weinberg, and Respondent was represented by its counsel, John Liakos.

The Commission hereby finds that said application for a status quo order shall be granted pursuant to §48-811 and §48-816(1) and ORDERS that the employer shall not alter the employment status of employees and shall preserve and protect the status of the parties, property and public interest involved, pending disposition of the Petition filed herein.
