This matter came before the Commission on "Request for Post-Trial Hearing" of the Respondent, Box Butte County School District 006, a/k/a School District of Alliance, A Political Subdivision of the State of Nebraska, and the Commission upon review of the file, the stipulation on the petitioner and respondent, and being fully advised in the premises, hereby finds that the relief requested in the Request for Post-Trial Conference should be granted.
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that the Finding and Order of the Nebraska Commission of Industrial Relations entered February 6, 1991, should be, and is hereby amended as follows, to wit:
A.At page five (5) to provide the following definition of "immediate family members" for purposes of use of sick leave for the care of immediate family members, to wit:
For the purposes of the use of sick leave for the care of immediate family members, the term "immediate family members" shall be defined as the absence of the employee from work due to the illness or injury of a spouse, son, daughter or other family member living with the employee at the employee's home.
B.At page size (6), paragraph four (4) of the Decretal portion of the Order should be modified to correctly state the amount to be paid for full family health/family dental premium as "$372.36".
C.At all other portions of the Finding and Order entered on February 6, 1991 shall remain in full force and effect as of the date of said Order.
