Candidates must raise an amount equal to twenty-five percent (25%) of the applicable spending limitation to qualify for public funds. A candidate for State Legislature must raise at least $18,250 from Nebraska residents. At least 65% of the total amount of qualifying contributions must be from individuals. Do not include contributions received prior to January 1. Do not include contributions received prior to the date that the Candidate's Affidavit to Abide by Spending Limits was filed.

This Schedule must include contributions from individuals who are residents of Nebraska. This schedule must include total contributions of at least $11,862.50. Contributions from sources who are residents of Nebraska other than individuals must be listed on Schedule B.
