earmarked contribution must file this Report of Earmarked
Contribution.
- A Report of Earmarked Contribution is filed on time if it is
postmarked or personally delivered on or before the due date.
Late filing fees are $25 per day, not to exceed $750
- File with the Nebraska Accountability and Disclosure
Commisstion and the election commissioner or clerk of: (1)
the county of residence of the candidaet, or, (2) the county
of the headquarters of the ballot question, political party,
or independent committee which is the end recipient of the
contribution. A copy of the report must also be given to the
end recipient of the contribution at the time the contribution
is delivered
- Persons who fail to file this report or otherwise do not
comply with the reporting provisions of the law are subject
to penalties.
