Candidate who file a Candidate's Afidavit Not to Abide by Spending Limits and are advancing to the General Election must file with the Commission an Estimate of Expenditures for the General Election on or before June 21.
A candidate whos estimated maximum expenditures exceed the spending limit shall file and affidavit with the Commission when 40% of the estimated maximum expenditures has been spent for the Primary Election period. Use NADC Form CFLA-7.
A candidate who files a false estimate of expenditures is subject to criminal prosecution
