Effective February 14, 2007
The following terms and conditions govern your use of this service ("the Service", "JUSTICE: Nebraska Trial Courts Case Search", "JUSTICE: Court Case One Time Search") and the information available within:
+ You ("the User") ARE NOT allowed to redistribute, republish, or retransmit any of the information obtained from using the Service in any manner or form.
+ You ARE allowed to view and print, for your own personal records, any or all information obtained from using the Service.
+ You will be required to pay a $15.00 fee in order to access any information from the Service.
+ Once your payment is received, and you perform your search you will be able to access any and all of the information resulting from your search.
+ You will have access to all of your search results for a period of three (3) days from the day you perform your search.
+ If your initial search produces an error in which too many results (greater than 30) are found for your search criteria, you will be allowed to modify your search until less than or equal to thirty (30) results are returned.
+ If your search results in no records being found, you will still be charged the $15.00 fee, and the search will be considered a successful search.
+ You understand that by submitting a credit card payment using the Service, that the IP (Internet Protocol) address of the computer you are using, or of a Proxy Server will be logged by Nebraska.gov.
+ You will receive an electronic mail (E-mail) from Nebraska.gov upon submitting a successful payment, to the E-mail address you enter on the payment form, containing your billing information, instructions on accessing your search at a later time, and a system generated identification number.
+ You will receive a second E-mail from Nebraska.gov once you complete your search, containing the date you performed your search, your system generated identification number, and the criteria for the search which you performed.
+ Your web browser will need to have cookies enabled in order to use the Service. Nebraska.gov will use a session cookie to monitor your progression through the use of the Service. The cookie used to track the session will not contain any information about the User.
+ Nebraska.gov shall not be liable in any manor, for information received from erroneous search due to (a) a misspelling by the User or an employee of the Courts system, (b) invalid or incorrect information entered by the User.
+ Nebraska.gov shall not be liable for any loss, injury, claim, liability, or damage of any kind resulting in any way from (a) any errors in or omissions from the Service or any information available or not included therein, (b) the unavailability or interruption of the Service or any information therein, (c) your use of the Service (regardless of whether you received assistance from Nebraska.gov), (d) any delay or failure in performance beyond the reasonable control of Nebraska.gov.
