The documents not designated for eService will not be electronically delivered to any recipient. You must perform traditional service of these documents if you wish to have them delivered to a party.

You may request a system change, to designate a document type to be designated for eService. This is not a request for the court to serve or provide a copy of this document to anyone else, but if approved, would allow you, and other filers using the system to eServe the document on other attorneys on the case.
