Pursuant to Neb. Rev. Stat. §32-1405.02 (Reissue 2016), a public hearing will be held on Initiative Measure 427 on Thursday, October 11, 2018 beginning at 6:00 PM (CDT) at Omaha Public Schools Administration Building Board Room, 3215 Cuming Street, Omaha, NE. Secretary of State John Gale will conduct the hearing for the purpose of receiving comments from the public in support of or opposed to Initiative Measure 427 which will appear on the November 6, 2018 General Election Ballot. An agenda is available at the office of the Secretary of State for public inspection during regular business hours.
