The purpose of this hearing is to receive comments on the proposed REPEAL of Title 181, Chapter 5 of the Nebraska Administrative Code (NAC) – Consent for Predictive Genetic Testing. The regulations are proposed for REPEAL in their entirety as the statutory requirements can be accomplished without regulation.
