The purpose of this hearing is to receive comments on the proposed adoption of Title 471 – Nebraska Medicaid Program Services - Chapter 12 Nursing Facility Services to the Nebraska Administrative Code (NAC). The proposed changes will standardize and clarify nursing facility level of care for children in response to a Nebraska Supreme Court ruling and update terminology.
