The purpose of this hearing is to receive comments on proposed changes to Nebraska Administrative Code Title 172, Professional and Occupational Licensures and Title 175 Health Care Facilities and Services Licensure. Revisions of these existing regulations include updates based on the passage of LB 37 (2015) which made changes to the Pharmacy Practice Act, and previous updates to the Uniform Credentialing Act. The revisions also reflect simplification in format for licensure regulations including eliminating duplicate language that is found in existing stature(s) or licensure application forms.
