Pursuant to Neb. Rev. Stat. §32-1405.01 (Reissue 2008), a public hearing will be held on Referendum Measure No. 426 on Tuesday, October 11, 2016 beginning at 6:30 PM (CDT) at the University of Nebraska at Omaha, Barbara Weitz Community Engagement Center, 6400 University Drive South, Rooms 201, 205 and 209 Omaha, NE. Secretary of State John Gale will conduct the hearing for the purpose of receiving comments from the public in support of or opposed to Referendum Measure No. 426 which will appear on the November 8, 2016 General Election Ballot. An agenda is available at the office of the Secretary of State for public inspection during regular business hours.
