The purpose of this hearing is to receive comments on proposed changes to Nebraska Administrative Code Title 181, Special Health Programs. These changes update the regulations that govern the Nebraska Chronic Renal Disease Program and implement Neb. Rev. Stat. §71-4903 by developing the standards for determining eligibility and the standards and qualifications of those unable to pay for the treatment of chronic renal disease. The regulations impact clients of the program.
