The purpose of this hearing is to receive comments on proposed changes to Nebraska Administrative Code Title 172, Professional and Occupational Licensure. These changes update the regulations as the result of the passage of LB 80 (2015) which made changes to the Dentistry Practice Act, and previous updates to the Uniform Credentialing Act. The revisions also reflect simplification in formation for licensure regulations including eliminating duplicate language that is found in existing statute(s) or licensure application forms.
