Setup & teardown – make sure all equipment is in its proper location on the day of the event;
work closely with the Vendor Coordination sub-committee
- Arrange parking
- Contact Dept. of Corrections for staff to assist with set up and tear down (tables, chairs, stage, etc.)
- Contact Dept. of Roads re: cones (traffic, not ice cream)
- Reserve flags from UNL – arrange for transportation and payment
- Reserve stage and arrange time for pick up
- Work with Hospitality Room Chair – coolers, ice, etc.
- Work with State agencies and Building Division
to secure indoor and outdoor tables, chairs, and cubicle walls – vendors and dining area
- Work with Vendor Chair re: # of vendor tables and chairs
