***The rate for UCC/EFS special requests is $2.00 per record (up to 1,000 records), then a flat rate of $2,000 (1,001+ records) thereafter. UCC searches by debtor location (may not be limited by other criteria such as secured party name) are available for $15 per 1,000 records. Please contact Nebraska.gov for more information.
COURT DOCUMENT eFILING
There are separate requirements to file court records electronically:
There are no additional fees to file a case electronically, other than the normal court-assessed fees for filing cases. Customer accounts for eFilers must be set up on ACH billing in order to accomplish the transfer of funds due to the Courts. User IDs and passwords will be issued to each filing attorney with a valid bar number.
