Nebraska.gov provides services that simplify how you conduct business and interact with the State of Nebraska. As a subscriber, you will have access to a wide range of online eGovernment services offered by the State. These services allow you to take full advantage of the power and convenience of the Internet to connect with Nebraska State government 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

Why become a Nebraska.gov Subscriber?

In order to access certain services offered by the State of Nebraska, a subscription to Nebraska.gov is required. With your annual subscription, you will have the following services at your fingertips:
  • Drivers Records Searches
  • Title and Lien Searches
  • Full access to the JUSTICE state-wide court records system
  • Corporate Entity Searches (including document images and Letters of Good Standing)
  • Sales Tax Permits
  • EFS Searches
  • UCC Filing and Searches

Subscriber Benefits:

Nebraska.gov’s annual subscription fee is $50.00. Your subscription includes the following benefits:
  • Access to all Nebraska.gov subscriber services
  • Individual usernames and passwords for up to ten users
  • Online access to billing information and account management
  • Toll-free technical support staffed by knowledgeable technicians
  • Several billing options for your convenience including; automated credit or debit card payment (Visa, MasterCard and American Express), direct debit ACH, check or monthly statement

How to Subscribe

To Subscribe
Becoming a Nebraska.gov subscriber is easy! Simply Download and complete our Subscriber Agreement form. Once you have completed the form, fax it to us at the following number: (402) 471-7817.

Before gaining access to DMV records, you must sign "Attachment A" in the Subscriber Agreement.

If you DO NOT need access to DMV records, check the box on the first page of the agreement labeled "No, I do not want access to DMV Records," and DO NOT include Attachment A in your Subscriber Agreement information.

You can also mail us your completed Subscriber Agreement via US postal mail. Our address is:

After receiving your Subscriber Agreement, we will set up your account and mail your new account details to you. If you would like us to call you with your login information, please indicate this in your fax coversheet.

**The DLR monitoring service reviews driving records you specify for a fee of $.06 per record. If a change is noted on the record within the time frame you specify, the record is retrieved for you at a cost of $3.00 per record.

***The rate for UCC/EFS special requests is $2.00 per record (up to 1,000 records), then a flat rate of $2,000 (1,001+ records) thereafter.
