UCC/EFS Special Request Form

UCC and EFS information can be retrieved to your specifications with Nebraska.gov's special request service. The rate for UCC/EFS special requests is $2.00 per record (up to 1,000 records), then a flat rate of $2,000 (1,001+ records).

UCC searches by debtor location (may not be limited by other criteria such as secured party name) are available for $15 per 1,000 records.

Once we receive your request we will contact you with the number of records retreived and cost of the search for your approval. After payment has been received, we will send your files.
