Description:  The Nebraska Secretary of State’s Office allows corporate and business entity searches to be completed online, free of charge. Letters of Good Standing are available online for $6.50, and document images (scanned copies of paper filings done at the Secretary of State\'s Corporation Division office) are available for $0.45 per image page. Orders may also be placed for Certificates of Good Standing (paper document mailed to you by the Secretary of State’s office) for $10.00 each.
