Nebraska Division of Motor Vehicle Title, Lien and Registration Records are protected by Nebraska Statute Chapter 60. You must select the exemption under which you plan to use the data. If your use is not one of the exemptions listed choose Non Exempt Use.
The system will remember your last use value and use it as the default for your next search. To change the use field, click on the use line on the search page, choose your new exemption and click on the set button.
If look up data on a Title, Lien or Registration which is privacy protected you will receive a message stating that the information is protected under statute and if you selected Non Exempt Use you will not see the record.
