Nebraska Drivers License Records are protected by the Uniform Motor Vehicle Records Disclosure Act. You must select the exemption under which you plan to use the data.

	Automobile Information Disclosure Act
	Clean Air Act
	All federal regulations enacted or adopted to implement such federal laws
	For use by a government agency in carrying out their functions, or by any private agency's behalf
	For use in connection with vehicle or driver safety and theft; vehicle emission; vehicle product alterations, recalls or advisories; performance monitoring of vehicles, vehicle parts and dealers; vehicle marketing and survey research; and removal of nonowner records from the original owner records of vehicle manufacturers
	Use in the normal course of business by a legitimate business only: to verify the accuracy of personal information submitted by the individual to the business; OR if information submitted is not or no longer correct -- to obtain correct information -- if for preventing fraud by pursuing legal remedies or recovering on a debt or security interest against the individual
	Use in connection with civil, criminal, administrative or arbitral proceeding in federal, state or local court; government agency; or self-regulator body for service of process; investigation; execution or enforcement of judgment; or pursuant to an order
	Use by any insurer, insurance support organization or self-insured agency in connection with claims investigation, anti-fraud activities, rating or underwriting
	Use in providing notice to owners of abandoned, towed or impounded vehicles
	Use by a licensed private detective/investigator for purposes permitted under the Act
	Use by an employer (or its agent) to obtain or verify information of a CDL holder
	Use of in connection with the operation of private toll transportation facility
	For use, including redisclosure through news publication, for a member of the media, in connection with news information involving motor vehicle or driver safety or vehicle theft
