| Details | State of Nebraska Rural Development Commission Public Notice In Accordance with Legislative Bill 546, approved by the Governor May 31, 2005, the Nebraska Rural Development Commission will be holding its regular public meeting on Thursday, November 5, 2009 at 1:00 p.m. (CST), at the Holiday Inn & Convention Center, Room D, located at 110 2nd Avenue, Kearney, NE 68847. Additional Committee information, meeting notices and the November 5, 2009 agenda items will be available for public inspection October 26, 2009. These items of interest for the November 5, 2009 meeting will be available for public inspection at the Nebraska Rural Development Commission website at www.ruralnebraska.info, or the State of Nebraska’s official website for public notices at www.nebraska.gov. In Compliance with Nebraska’s Open Meeting Laws, the State of Nebraska’s official website for public meeting notices, and the Nebraska Rural Development Commission website, both listed above, will be the only formats utilized for public notice announcements, beginning September 1, 2006.
