The DHHS Division of Medicaid and Long-Term Care is holding this hearing to accept comments on proposed changes to regulations for the Nebraska Medical Assistance Program, also known as Medicaid, in Title 480, Chapter 5, of the NAC. The proposed changes will add “Home Again” services to Nebraska’s regulations for home and community-based services under the Aged and Disabled Waiver. This service will support Medicaid eligible nursing facility residents who are transitioning to a more independent living situation of their choice.
