The DHHS Division of Children and Family Services is holding this hearing to accept comments on proposed changes to regulations for the Aid to Dependent Children (ADC) and Employment First (EF) Self-Sufficiency programs. These regulations are found in Title 468, Chapters 2 and 3, of the NAC. The proposed regulations will incorporate provisions of federal regulations that implement changes to the Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF) program required by the Deficit Reduction Act of 2005 (DRA).
